Number of positions: 5Barclays Services Corp. seeks Assistant Vice President - Full Stack Price Testing Development Lead in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions). JOB DUTIES: • Utilize Equities, Credit, FX, and Rates, and the risk factors to guide pricing testing and risk management strategies. • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the IPV system to ensure accurate pricing validation of cash and derivative instruments across asset classes. • Implement sophisticated algorithms and quantitative models for comprehensive IPV testing.• Design and implement price testing methodologies for cash and derivative instruments, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of pricing data from Trade and Risk stores. • Provide technical and functional leadership to the development team, guiding them in best practices and efficient implementation.• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging professional growth and development. • Develop tools and processes to facilitate reconciliation between front office and back office systems, ensuring consistency in trade valuations.• Oversee the creation of comprehensive PnL reports, leveraging his knowledge of hypercube design for Daily IPV Reports and Tableau reports to provide valuable insights to stakeholders. • Utilize Angular .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, XML Web Services, ADO.NET, LINQ, and other Microsoft technologies to drive technical excellence in system development. • Manage and optimize systems for handling high-volume data and messages using Kafka messaging system. • Implement event-based batch processing using Entity Framework Core for pagination of millions of rows and performance tuning. • Manage up to 2 direct reports, overseeing their work to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately. • May telecommute.REQUIREMENTS: • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalency in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field; and • Seven (7) years’ experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.CONTACT: Interested applicants should email their resumes to applicants1@barclays.com and reference req #: 00285917 in the subject line.
