Regulatory Literature Coordinator

Warrendale, Pennsylvania

Hybrid location (office/remote)

 

 

Federated Hermes, Inc., a leading global investment manager, is seeking a Regulatory Literature Coordinator to join our Investor Services division. In this role, you will coordinate various aspects related to the development of Federated Hermes Funds regulatory documents, initiating, and managing processes to meet production schedules for distribution of regulatory documents.

 

What you can expect:

As a Regulatory Literature Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate electronic production and printing services for Federated Hermes Funds domestic and non-US regulatory documents
  • Prepare and monitor production schedules related to the production of Federated Hermes Fund regulatory documents, inquire and escalate as appropriate
  • Initiate electronic workflows and monitor those workflows, inquire and escalate as appropriate
  • Collaborate with various internal and external team members as well as select clients, as needed, for effective project coordination

     

What we are looking for:

  • Associates degree or relevant experience required
  • Minimum one year of project coordination experience
  • Knowledge of electronic production and printing processes
