The Customer Re-Installation Coordinator will provide quality care and service to existing solar customers in need of Removal and Re-Installation (R&R) of solar panels for roof replacement. Roles & Responsibilities Field customer calls or emails, build trust with customer, gain understanding by identifying needs or other R&R related concerns, and offer reasonable solutions in the best interest of all parties involved. Review the R&R process, discuss proposed work and costs, set expectations such as timelines and payment schedule. Send out agreements for customers authorization. Assist them in obtaining Finance Partner approval (as required) and guide them through the process until completion. Qualifications & Experience Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred. Basic understanding of residential home construction is preferred. Ability to negotiate contracts Strong communication skills including phone, video conference, text messaging and email. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, Document Management. SalesForce.com experience is preferred. Working with multiple reports. Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
