We have an exciting opportunity for you as Food & Beverage Assistant (Executive Lounge) to join our enthusiastic at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant (Executive Lounge) you are responsible to provide excellent customer service, working to meet the needs of these special guests. A team player who is always willing to go the extra mile to please the guests.

  • To provides all guests with undivided attention and to provide the best possible service

  • Responsible for the food and beverage service in the Executive Lounge throughout the day.

  • Ensuring the lounge is properly maintained at all times

  • Monitor the stocks for all the self-service areas, cleans up after guests, assists with food service preparation, sets the area up for service and more

  • Monitor the highest level of Food Hygiene.

  • To have full knowledge of Guest-ware and to use information daily for follow up.

  • Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.

  • Must be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and services.

Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in the similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines and technical proficiency in related software preferable.
