We are the Pacific Northwests Caterpillar Dealer in delivering prime and standby electric power, marine, oil and gas, and industrial/OEM installations.

About the Position:

Due to the increase in demand, NC Power Systems is searching for an ideal Marine technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing CAT equipment across multiple projects.

Essential Duties:

- - Removing, Repairing, Assembling and Installing CAT equipment

``` - - Coordinating with Parts department to order the necessary parts

``` - - Planning and organizing to assist controlling job costs

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

- - High School Diploma/GED

``` - - Degree in Diesel technology or equivalent hands on experience is required

```{=html}

``` - - Experience with CAT Engines (Marine or Generator) is preferred

```{=html}

``` - - This role requires the ability to stand up at a minimum of eight hours a day (including twisting, bending, squatting, sitting, stooping, kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds)

``` - - Must possess basic tool set

``` - - Must maintain a valid drivers license
