Responsibilities:

Provide a structured, supportive environment for individuals to learn daily living skills.

Assist consumers with meal prep, cooking and cleaning.

This may also include budgeting and personal care.

Assist with medication management.

Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention.

Coordinate appointments for consumers as needed.

Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required and previous experience working with people living with mental health issues. Valid NYS driver license. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently as well as a park of a team.
