New York University Renwick Faculty Fellow in Stern School of Business, United States

NYU Stern School of Business is pleased to announce the 2023-24 Fred Renwick Visiting Faculty Fellows Program, a program aimed at expanding diverse perspectives. Developed in collaboration with Clark Atlanta University (https://www.cau.edu/) (CAU), and made possible through an anonymous, endowed gift to NYU Stern, the program launched in January 2022 by welcoming two visiting faculty fellows from CAU to Stern for the spring semester. Stern welcomes interest from scholars at HBCUs for the spring 2024 semester and onward through rolling applications. Please apply by February 1, 2024 for fall 2024 and by June 30, 2024 for spring 2025.

The program seeks to initiate and deepen research relationships, to build and expand institutional networks, and to enrich Stern’s culture and classroom experience with professors who can bring the voices, values, and perspectives of Black/African-American and other underrepresented or indigenous groups to our community. This fellowship program is inspired by the memory of, and will be named for, Fred Renwick (MBA ’65, PhD ’66), a beloved former Professor of Finance at Stern, a great champion of diversity, and an alumnus of both Morehouse College and NYU Stern.
