Job Description

A client in hospitality and food service is hiring food service workers and food service supervisors to manage food inventory, meal planning, recipes, oversight, and distribution of meals to residents in correctional facilities in the state of South Dakota. In this role, employees will be responsible for effectively managing the kitchen for 3 meals per day, 7 days per week. Responsibilities include ensuring equipment is ready for use prior to cooks and meal preparers arriving, distributing recipes, ensuring food is available and meals are ready on time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Administrative and supervisory experience is a plus, as you will be managing the delivery of meals, menus and distribution of responsibilities between residents whom also work in the kitchen.

Shift Times are as follows:

5 days per week, 3am-11am OR 11am-7pm

**job operates 7 days per week, candidates only need to work 5 days per week -- schedules can be set in stone, but hiring managers are very flexible with schedules!
