We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and experience quality professional to join our TTH Suppliers and Tollers team.Main accountability of the role is to ensure that our suppliers and Tollers are in compliance with the dsm-firmenich supplier quality standards, specific legislation and their facilities will comply with Food safety assessments, external audits and inspections.the scope of the work includes the suppliers and third-party manufacturers located in the APAC. This role also will support our operations as required in issues escalations.

Your key responsibilities

• Risk Assessment & approval (new) suppliers and (new) materials and maintain approval status.• Support TTH manufacturing sites on suppler Complaint handling (key KPI) and Issue management (including RCA support).• QA-release of externally manufactured products. • MOC member (QA assurance in change control process). • Monitor supplier performance and participate in periodical reviews (Ops meetings, annual business reviews & monthly KPI reporting) & continuous PDCA. • Set up and maintain the relevant network with external stakeholders and represent Supplier Quality Management TTH towards external parties on quality topics and issues.

You bring

• At least 10 years working experience with Quality Management Systems in the food industry, preferably with fermentation (cultures, enzymes). • Lead auditing qualification. • You have a collaborative mindset and are business minded. • You are proactive, a team player but also able to work very well autonomously. • You are fluent in English/ Mandarin both in writing and oral. • You are willing to travel at least 20% of your time. • preferable work experience in global team, and willing work in global team.
