Assist students and others as they navigate the financial aid process, in-person, email, and by phone. Provide verbal and written responses to questions about the application, processing, aid offers, and relevant policies. Review and process incoming documents. Work reports. Collect and compile data on in-person contacts. Work in evenings without direct supervision. Hours for this position are Monday- Thursday 10:30 am -- 7:00 pm. Friday 8:00 am -- 4:30 pm.

• Work with students in-person and via email to assist in the completion and processing of financial aid applications. This may include helping complete forms and applications, answering questions, providing information, resolving problems, and other related tasks.
• Work in evenings without direct supervision.
