OLED PRODUCTION & RESEARCH TECHNICIAN CO-OP

Overview

We are a growing Rochester-based global company in the business of manufacturing Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) devices for the lighting, automotive, and display industries. We have a need for several co-op students to assist us during this initial rapid growth period. We are looking for undergraduate students seeking hands-on experience and the desire to work in a flexible and energetic environment. Our work covers many engineering disciplines such as microelectronic device physics, high vacuum vapor deposition, electrical engineering, chemistry/chemical engineering, optics, color science, data collection and analysis, modeling, etc. The candidates will finish the co-op block with a solid understanding of OLED technology including device fabrication and testing, vacuum coater operation, and clean room protocol.

Skills You Must Bring

You are working towards a degree in Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree. You are comfortable working independently as well as coordinating with others and your ability to problem solve is a must. You can adapt within a changing and growing company environment and seek out solutions with a positive outlook.
