As a Clinical Leader in Practices, your strong ability to lead and guide others serve as valuable resources for staff, as well as facilitating patient care.
STATUS: Full-Time
LOCATION: TWC at RGH (Portland)
DEPARTMENT: Ambulatory Women's Health
SCHEDULE: Monday-FrDays
ATTRIBUTES
- Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Leadership & Management. Lead physicians, practice managers and clinical leaders to run the day-to-day functions of the practice, resolving issues and concerns; function as the clinical resource for LPN, MOA and Clerical staff; ensure staff is rounding on patients, consistently using AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank you); recognize staff for a job well done or for role modeling; coach staff privately when performance is below standard; participate in the selection of new staff and ensure peer interview process is followed
- Patient Care. Responsible for the success of the practice pillar goals, working closely with the triad leadership to achieve patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, financial growth and quality goals that are aligned with the organizational goals.
- Issue Resolution. Resolve any issue or concerns at the time of the rounding; follow up any concerns with lead physician and nurse manager; identify and know of all high-risk patients and ensure plan of care is current.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.

Minimum Salary: 76500.00 Maximum Salary: 105000.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
