Today, we are recruiting for a Telecommunications and SCADA Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

• Maintenance planning and execution.

• Ensure the correct resources are available for the scheduled work, in coordination with the Senior engineer.

• Ensure maintenance and repair activities of COM & SCADA are carried out to the work order schedule in CMMS and by maintenance manuals.

• Respond to unplanned or emergency repair works.

• Responsible for tracking and maintaining adequate stock levels for spare parts and tool availability and calibration.

• Delivery of in-house training courses for subordinates about COM Subsystem, tools, equipment, and machinery

• Development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures and maintenance manuals.

• Co-ordinate work with other maintenance disciplines e.g. Signaling, Rail Electrification.

• Participate in the recruitment process for staff within their section.

• Deputize senior engineer in their absence.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or any equivalent.

• Has 5 years of experience in TELECOM Subsystems installation/maintenance/Testing and commissioning within metro systems or relevant fields.

• Has experience in working with Network Switches Routers and Firewall.

• Has experience in managing maintenance teams.

• Experience with inspection and adjustment of Fiber.

• Experience with maintaining Telecom Subsystems.
