Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will serve as team lead and subject matter expert for workforce analysis efforts. You will lead or participate in manpower planning and resources allocation efforts in accordance with established requirements. You will lead or participate in workforce or survey data analysis and reporting to include making recommendations or providing advice and guidance to management, supervisors, and/or employees as required. You will consult and coordinate with other analysts and management personnel and make recommendations designed to achieve process improvements to an increase in effectiveness, efficiency, and economy of operations. You will manage work assignment and distribution among Analysis Team members and ensure that mission and assignments are met as established by directions and deadlines. You will develop, review or update workforce-related policies (Orders; Directives; Instructions, etc.) as directed and meet established deadlines. You will lead, conduct or participate in Return on Investment (ROI) Studies as directed to meet established deadlines. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band (NH-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Gathering, analyzing, developing, and maintaining operational, manpower and historical data to prepare a variety of human resources reports. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled. Relocation incentives as described in 5 USC 5743 may be authorized in accordance with applicable regulations. PCS is not authorized.
