Key Responsibilities

  • Independently run the application laboratory work and prepare samples for evaluation purposes and submissions to clients.

  • Support technologists in product development for client briefs and manage the stock of raw materials, flavors, and packaging material.

  • Be involved in tasting sessions and maintain hygiene standards in the laboratory.

  • Run stability tests and check flavor solubility following protocols and independently manage simple projects.

  • Manage various administrative internal systems/tasks and keep daily records on orders, dispatch, and laboratory work.

  • Give trainings and guidance for laboratory equipment and participate in on-site client visits to facilitate tasting organization.

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of flavor collection and demonstrate that knowledge during project execution.

    You bring

  • Min.2-3 years of experience in a laboratory environment

  • Secondary education in chemistry /food science/analytical

  • Autonomy, accuracy, and reliability in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work with common and in-house IT tools

  • Ability to quickly integrate into a new team and collaborative spirit.

  • Good communication skills

  • Continuous improvement and pro-active mindset
