We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA- HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Leads the technical approach and delivery of complex financial analytics and reporting Partners with his/her Finance peers to identify and solve common needs across the lines of business Performs highly complex historical or predictive analyses to support end to end processes within Finance including the support for the period close, analyses of performance such as forecasted period revenue and expenses against actual results, and metrics and scorecard reporting. Conducts advanced trend analysis on financial data and operating performance for topics of high complexity. Develops and implements process improvements to drive team efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring consistently high service delivery standards. Participates in the development of annual operating, capital, and strategic plans. Compiles financial information, conducts sophisticated analysis as needed, and presents findings and business implications to senior leadership. Establish timelines and facilitate key deliverables across multiple stakeholders via collaboration and the ability to understand the respective key dependencies. Personal Intellectually curious; takes initiative and proactively finds solutions to problems Self-starter - ability to work independently Strong interpersonal skills - written and verbal, must be able to work in a team setting as success depends largely on collaboration across the Finance functions No direct reports.  Provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed. May lead projects and/or analyses. Impact of work is felt beyond immediate team and contributes to the achievement of functional goals. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or CFA preferred. 10-12 years of total work experience preferred; experience in financial planning and analysis preferred.
