Chevron (Cambodia) Limited is a Global Energy Company most admired for its people, partnership and performance, is urgently seeking for a qualified Cambodian national to fill the position of Account Service Coordinator. This position will be based at Chevron (Cambodia) Head Office in Phnom Penh.

Job responsibilities:

  • Review completeness and correctness, scan and transmit the Star Mart vendor invoices and other related documents to Retail Payables team in Manila Share Services Center (MSSC) for invoice matching process.

  • Receive Star Mart vendor statement of accounts and review for correctness against company records. Investigate and resolved discrepancy, if any.

  • Lead the clearing of long-outstanding Direct Store Delivery (DSD) balances with MSSC, store managers, IT, Merchandizing, and vendors until resolved.

  • Educate and re-educate as necessary the station employees through knowledge session on how to properly conduct the DSD process.

  • Participate in the stock count and cash count of stations and prepare the report.

  • Perform verification and analysis of the Daily Service Station Sale Summary Report (DSSR) for all COCO Service Stations in Cambodia to ensure accuracy and completeness transactions involving Pay outs and Credit Card sales in DSSR and validate supporting documents. Coordinate with station managers, for any issues encountered i.e. incomplete documents and inconsistencies in the amounts

  • File the Daily Service Station Sale Summary Reports after review.

  • Act as back-up for other tasks that will be assigned by the Finance Manager

  • Assist Treasury Coordinator in the cheque preparation and release to vendors.

  • Perform other duties to support the Accounts Payable, COCO and A/R activities within the group and other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.

  • Good written and oral English communication skill

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to details

  • Excellent interpersonal skill, proactive and good initiative.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in SAP and in audit is an advantage but not required.
