Job Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Develop profitability and scalability models to assess and implement new business opportunities across all multi-asset solutions (MAS) business channels. Lead financial analysis, including global and regional growth projections by factoring in broader industry trends, region specific trends and growth opportunities across current and emerging channels of business, and newly integrated acquisitions. Facilitate & establish enhanced Operating & Investment Governance structures across investment teams within MAS to mitigate risk, ensure consistency in investment approach/philosophy and/or implement new investment offerings. Collaborate with senior Business Partners and analyze industry/market research to identify commercial opportunities and develop and execute strategic roadmaps across existing and new business channels within MAS and the broader asset management division. Analyze MAS products’ performance versus peer competitors and own industry analyses for business prioritization, product offering and commercial impact. Help develop KPIs for the MAS business and establish framework to measure progress and develop strategic initiatives. Facilitate end-to-end integration of key acquisitions, including investment, commercial, operational, and organizational aspects. Drive prioritization of technology initiatives, track OKRs and develop resource efficiency measurement methodology. Identify Mandates with non-standard client requirements and drive operational consistency and scalability across various MAS business channels. Ensure compliance with operational, portfolio management and trading risk framework, and implement strategic remedial measures where necessary.Job Requirements: Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related role or bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Prior work experience must include three (3) years with Master’s degree or five (5) years with Bachelor’s degree with the following: utilizing pricing mechanics and financial modelling; using quantitative methods and tools to assess the impact of investment decisions on portfolio performance and related revenue impact; calculating projections and conducting financial analysis under different future performance scenarios; working with Excel, including analyzing voluminous data, to create reports and performing analysis using pivot tables, formulas, charts, filtering, data validation and other scenario analysis tools; implementing process enhancement, and recognition and mitigation of operational risk; liaising with legal, compliance controllers, technology, and multiple operations groups to understand business requirements and helping deliver investment management solutions to clients; and communicating operational, risk, and trading workflows to audiences of varying levels of sophistication.Job Code: 6894758Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $175,000 - $250,000.
