Job Duties: Review all client deliverables to ensure quality delivery and initiate the project with a kick-off meeting involving all stakeholders. Defining and driving strategies for smooth and timely project deliveries. Define projects scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Facilitating and reporting on daily and/or weekly stand-ups to ensure appropriate visibility of key customer issues including escalation status reporting, statistics, trending analysis, issue status activities, and resources. Review of documents like client strategies and Program/Project Plans, Time and Cost estimates, Risk and Issue register and Mitigation plan etc. Review all project(s) as per defined success metrices; tracking account progress as per defined financial targets, Quality parameter and Resource headcount; manage project schedule, cost & quality & provide feedback. Budgeting and work orders, including approving weekly invoicing of services provided. Design building blocks and build strategy. Prepare schedule and cost estimates for new projects and initiatives. Facilitating and reporting on daily and/or weekly stand-ups to ensure appropriate visibility of key customer issues including escalation status reporting, statistics, trending analysis, issue status activities, and resources. Review of documents like client strategies and Program/Project Plans, Time and Cost estimates, Risk and Issue register and Mitigation plan etc. Review all project(s) as per defined success metrices; tracking account progress as per defined financial targets, Quality parameter and Resource headcount; manage project schedule, cost & quality & provide feedback. Lead and direct cross-functional teams and early identification of risk and dependencies through planning and tracking. Plan mitigation for identified risk. Get a thorough understanding of the business requirements of the client, how they translate into the project's functional and non-functional requirements, and how these requirements need to be designed and implemented in the software. Interact with requirements team to resolve offshore team's business-related and technical queries. Get an explicit sign-off from the client at the completion of each milestone.Job Requirements: Required Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any), MIS or any related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Business Analyst, Program Management Analyst, IT Analyst, Consultant, or related. Must be able to travel/relocate to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

Minimum Salary: 157768.00 Maximum Salary: 162000.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
