Insight Global Financial Planning Analyst in New York, New York

Job Description

The world's leading beverage company is home to the largest and most well-known and loved beer brands. The Beyond Beer Marketing team includes a portfolio of brands across wine and spirits, FMB, and non-alc categories, and drives growth from innovation to execution.

Looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to provide quantitative and analytical support, manage budget across 5 focus portfolio brands, improve financial processes by monitoring spend, and partnering with leaders proactively to create scalable business reporting for continuous improvement. In this role, you will track month-end close, journal entries, expenses, and payments to build forecasts and provide monthly routine updates. Looking for an individual who can report on financial trends as it aligns to growth targets, key deliverables, and overall business goals and objectives while handling adversity ever-changing industry.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years' experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy

Analytical experience with the ability to identify gaps in data and understand trends as it relates to financial spend

Experience monitoring budget, tracking month-end close, and monthly business cycles to submit forecasts

Proficient in SAP, Allspark/Anaplan, or similar to submit payments

Experience with financial modeling; Ability to provide routine updates across multiple brand leads

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced innovative environment with limited structure and ambiguity

Result oriented and analytical mindset

Advanced communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Experience in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) or similar brand marketing industries

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Power Point, etc. Advertising Sales, Ad Production industry experience

Understanding of agency partnerships and fees involved null
