The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York Faculty - All Ranks : Instructor/Assistant/Associate/Professor - Breast Imaging in New York, New York

The Department of Radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center/NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a full-time faculty member to join our state-of-the-art breast imaging center at our main campus location. Our ideal candidate has strong interpretative skills in all breast imaging modalities. Interpersonal skills are equally important as our radiologists regularly interact with patients and referrers. We also participate in the department's training program, teaching a group of 32 excellent residents who rotate through the division.

The Division of Breast Imaging serves the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center on the main campus of Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Our hospital, NewYork-Presbyterian, is ranked #1 in New York. The Department of Radiology has 100 full time faculty on site and performs more than 800,000 imaging exams each year. We also have a very active research program and provide strong support to foster academic growth and promotion.

Salary and academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Position requires M.D. or D.O. Candidate must be board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology and must be eligible to practice in the State of New York. Candidate must be MQSA certifiable. Training and experience in breast imaging required. Narcotics license desirable.
