OVO Sound is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate Director to join their team. The candidate will spearhead digital marketing initiatives across the OVO Sound roster and the label itself. The label is made up of a close-knit team of people who are passionate about culture, entertainment, music and most importantly, the artists signed to the label. At times, you may be asked to perform duties that are not within the direct scope provided here. This ensures that your voice on the team is taken into consideration and implemented as we perform daily tasks as a label to help grow our artists.

What you'll do:
  • Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to; overarching social media strategy, maintaining campaign timelines, overseeing online advertising campaigns, influencer & seeding campaigns, CRM management, asset management, website updates, and other ongoing initiatives
  • Deliver custom and creative digital marketing ideas..ideas will come from knowledge of music culture, key brands, influencers, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Ensure strategies utilize the newest and best social practices, taking into consideration new digital tools in the marketplace
  • Implement strategic plans for content on Instagram, TikTok Twitter, Youtube, Facebook & emerging social platforms
  • Oversee influencer plans spanning across social platforms as needed per release
  • Provide support for scheduling social media posts and plans as needed for artist and label accounts
  • Secure artist and partner buy-in and execute across all ideas and activations
  • Manage relationships with partners such as TikTok, IG, Triller, Snap, Twitter, Facebook
  • Create weekly reports and communicate updates to brief teams on information and ensure goals & results are communicated efficiently
  • Maintain a tracking system with key data points including, but not limited to, account growth, engagement percentages, CRM data, and budget tracking
  • Understanding of digital analytics tools and how to apply to activations (YouTube analytics, Crowdtangle, and google trends)
Who you are:
  • Must have at least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Build relationships with the internal OVO Sound staff
  • Must be immersed in music and culture
  • Have strong pre-existing relationships with key tastemakers and partners in the industry
  • Manage relationships with top-level artists, managers, and other partners as the conversations relate to digital marketing
  • An ambitious individual who is a self-starter
  • Great communication, oral and written skills are a must
  • Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and planning activities
  • Lead meetings relating to digital marketing and associated tasks
  • Be accustomed to working under tight deadlines

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
New York Pay Range
$75,000-$85,000 USD

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.

Minimum Salary: 31200.00 Maximum Salary: 31200.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
