Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in the Education sector in New York, New York, as a Customer Service Representative. This role entails ensuring efficient processing of customer orders and maintaining accurate customer subscription data.

Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming subscriber orders and maintaining subscriber accounts

• Corresponding with new and renewing customers via email and phone

• Collaborating with the team to maintain and organize payment information

• Performing occasional data integrity audits and data cleaning tasks

• Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service

• Conducting data entry tasks related to customer order entry

• Handling email correspondence with customers and scheduling appointments

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for administrative tasks

• Managing inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support. Requirements • Demonstrated ability in answering inbound calls

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficiency in data entry tasks

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
