The Associate Director FP&A will report to the Regional Director of FP&A and Client Reporting. The individual will own the direct support of the agencies under the DEG Pillar with a focus on Razorfish. They will work hand in hand with Razorfish financial leadership to provide accurate reporting. Oversee a total team of four individuals who support the DEG agencies. They will provide those team members with mentorship and support in creating efficiencies to increase their productivity. Focus will be on support of Forecasts, reporting of Actuals, Client Profitability, and other adhoc items.
Job Description
Publicis Digitas Experience (PDX).
In this role, the Associate Director will be in constant contact with the PDX CFO, the Publicis US FP&A team and Finance Directors within the agencies of the PDX.
The Associate Director will report to the Regional Director of FP&A.
Main responsibilities
Support on the day-to-day tasks of the PDX CFO and FP&A Director
Manage a team of 2 (Snr. Analyst and Analyst)
Autonomously manage monthly and recurrent FP&A deliverables and oversees tasks workload in coordination with the FP&A Director.
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and FY financial reports, highlighting risks and opportunities, with precise analysis.
Lead recurrent reporting tasks, making sure processes are lean and ensure proactive actions for adjustments in coordination with the FP&A Director.
Support on the monthly financial reporting including P&L, TWC (overdue, receivables, WIP) for actuals, forecasts, budgets, including revenue reporting and agencies profitability.
Working in coordination with the FP&A Director on costs analysis, HFM organizational structure, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with agency finance leads.
Analyzing budget vs. actual costs to ensure PDX profitability is at target level.
Analyze Business Development data though Salesforce including pitches and prospecting financial information, to ensure consistency in forecasting and budgeting.
Collect, consolidate, and communicate recurrent requests on the PDX Perimeter.
Collaborate with Group Corporate Finance team and support the VP FP&A Director USMS on any other special and transversal project as needed.
Drive reporting accuracy and interact with other FP&A Teams to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
Variance analysis of Actuals vs budgeting, forecasting for all P&L line items, and Headcount.

Tracking of New Business Pitch costs by month
Business Review Presentation (PPT, Consolidation, and Analysis)
Forecast Presentation (PPT, Consolidation, and Analysis)
Support and coordination of Business Transfers and comparable Restatements
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a financial reporting role, with P&L management experience as well as people management experience
Strong ability to develop, refine and explain intricate financial models, with advanced Excel skills to support
Ability to clearly and accurately convey metrics and analysis to internal teams, including Senior Leadership
Hyperion Financial Manager and Oracle Business Intelligence knowledge and SAP experience preferred

Compensation Range: $91,000-$154,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
