Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Assistant Director for Administration and Special Projects for the department of Rutgers Global. Reporting to the Executive Director of International Student Services in the Rutgers Global - International Student and Scholar Services office, the Assistant Director for Administration serves on the ISSS leadership team to provide operational oversight for the international student services function. This position will oversee the administration of in-person and online services for international students; coordinate communications and outreach for international student services; assist with developing and implementing programming for a diverse student population, including Orientation; partner with university relevant academic and administrative units to facilitate international student success; assess programs and processes to ensure high quality, responsive service in a fast-paced climate with changing and at times conflicting needs; support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.Among the key duties of the position are the following:
