Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

• • You will accurately complete daily staffing while utilizing acuity, census, & unit matrixes by collaborating with units Leadership in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• • You will maintain Facility Scheduler by adding new hires.
• • You will keep the daily roster updated with staff call-ins appropriately, and in a time sensitive manner.
• • You will accurately move/ float staff to another department if appropriate.
• • You will assign sitters appropriately for patient safety.
• • You will coordinate any daily agency staffing needs with HealthTrust.
• • You will assist the AOS with delivering supplies to nursing units after hours and on weekends.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• • Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
• • 2 Years of customer service is required
• • Ability to organize and work with multiple tasks and interruptions in a high activity office.

• Thorough knowledge of computer usage and software programs encouraged
