Pay Max USD $22.50/Hr. Our Company SpringPath Mental Health Services Overview The Housing Coordinator is responsible for the management of the Transitional Housing Program. Responsibilities Convey a positive attitude towards job related relationships Conduct self in a professional manner in all work related functions Responsibility for general office duties as it relates to organizational needs of managing the Transitional Housing Program Responsibility for effective inter-agency communication Responsibility for maintaining & updating files Assist bookkeeper with maintaining financial records Utilize appropriate procedures for documenting housing payments Follow correct procedures in reviewing payment accommodations Promote effective facility communications Participate in continuing education opportunities Qualifications High school education, good communication skills, organizational skills, computer experience are preferred Ability to communicate orally, to maintain confidentiality, and to facilitate timely processing of housing applications, inspections, and property owner payment About our Line of Business SpringPath Mental Health Services is a leading agency in providing recovery-oriented and psychiatric rehabilitation services.
