As a cash assistance coordinator and refugee orientation facilitator, you will assist refugees who are eligible to receive Refugee Cash Assistance with eligibility assessment, direct payments, employment connections and support, distribution of travel support funds, employer engagement, job coaching and assistance with settling to the United States. This role will also facilitate educational learning opportunities for newly-arrived refugees across a variety of topics through bi-monthly learning events. You will also facilitate educational learning opportunities for newly-arrived refugees across a variety of topics through monthly learning events (such as Know Your Rights, Housing 101 and Tenant Rights and Responsibilities, Family Reunification 101, Filing Taxes, Building Credit, etc.). Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, political science and/or experience working in human services or social work field.
