Description Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is currently seeking an excited Care Coordinator to work with Refugees! Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor\'s degree in a Human Services related field and speak Ukrainian. This role with work with Ukrainian Humanitarian Parole clients providing intake and assessment in a 90 day program, connecting clients to needed services and benefits. This is a full time benefit eligible role. Under direction, performs work involving the assessment, service planning, and implementation of Core Services and on-going case management for assigned individuals.
