Landscaping by J. Michael is looking for an Irrigation Technician. The ideal candidates are results-driven, passionate about the green industry and contributing to growth. 

JOB DUTIES:                                     

• Install residential and commercial irrigation systems.

• Perform spring turn-on and fall closing/winterization of residential and commercial irrigation systems.

• Trouble shoot, diagnose and repair problems with existing residential and commercial irrigation systems including lines, sprinkler heads, control panels, valves and pumps.

  SKILLS REQUIRED:                        

• Thoroughly understands all aspects of irrigation systems

• Ability to operate company equipment: trenchers, pullers, trucks, tampers, etc. 

• Proficiency in reading irrigation plans, drawings and other technical documents.

• Able to interact with clients and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.

• Ability to lay out job site, order materials and complete all paperwork/administrative requirements.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of irrigation experience required; CIT preferred

• Valid Driver’s License and DOT Card required.
