SDUR is situated within the Staley School of Leadership and oversees university-wide undergraduate research efforts, as well as student programs focused on professional development through undergraduate research. - Requires a bachelor\'s degree and five or more years of relevant experience
\ Preferred Qualifications:
- Master\'s, Doctoral and/or terminal degree in a relevant field
- Scholarly research experience including presentation and/or publication
- Experience leading undergraduate research activity or initiatives
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and well-being and have practices to demonstrate that commitment
- Record of successfully collaborating with faculty
- Proven ability to influence, change thinking, or gain acceptance from others
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills - ability to develop relationships with various stakeholder groups including donors, prospective students, colleagues, and university partners
