Preferred - A Master\'s degree in Nursing or relevant area may be used to substitute for one (1) year of clinical experience. Work Experience : Minimum - Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience. Progressive Nursing experience with demonstrated success. Preferred - Two (2) years of transplant or closely related nursing experience.
