Position Description:

Performs advanced, specialized work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Work is performed under minimal supervision within established policies with latitude for independent judgment. Works on special projects as assigned. May substitute for supervisor during his/her absence.

Major/Essential Functions:

Fulfill transcript requests, including researching and problem-solving any issues related to the request and working with customers for resolutions.

Provide excellent customer service for all student record requests, including but not limited to transcripts, notarizations, verifications. Ensures proper documentation of customer service in related systems.

Assist the Unit Manager with researching, reviewing and resolving escalated requests and issues and providing professional case responses.

Assist with unique record updates such as posthumous degrees, pre-banner coursework entry, student conduct and deceased notations.

Provide assistance with any special project as needed.
