We are looking for a Master Service Technician with 2+ years of experience working on compact and ground equipment.

As a Compact Equipment Service Technician at Bobcat of Buffalo, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of compact machinery for our valued customers. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will be vital in keeping our customers' equipment running smoothly and minimizing downtime. We are looking for a Service Technician that is motivated to grow and learn. We have a focus on continued Training and we are committed to the Development of our Team.

Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of compact equipment. * Troubleshoot and identify issues, both mechanical and electrical, in a timely and efficient manner. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. * Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks. * Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment. * Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.

Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in compact equipment mechanics is a plus. * Experience as a compact equipment service technician. * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and diesel engines. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail. * Valid driver's license.

This is a full-time position with hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The hourly wage ranges from $30.00 to $40.00.
