• Clean, sanitize, and store dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Clean kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Previous kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including holidays and weekends.
