Charlotte Tilbury is currently looking for a motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our team at Saks. As a Beauty Advisor, you will represent the Charlotte Tilbury brand and provide exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for delivering Charlotte Tilbury's philosophy of artistry made easy, and assisting customers in finding the perfect products to enhance their beauty. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively engage and assist customers, providing personalized consultations and demonstrating product application

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, including average unit sales and items per transaction

• Stay up-to-date with current trends and product knowledge

• Maintain a clean and organized counter

• Participate in brand training and development programs

• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall counter and store goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role

• Passion for beauty and skincare

• Excellent sales and customer service skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

• Knowledge of the Charlotte Tilbury brand and products is a plus

Requirements
