JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are currently seeking a Clinical Coordinator (The Clinical Coordinators in our respective day treatment programs are not only responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of their site, but ensure that the clinical mission of the agency is being both upheld and maintained at all times. Clinical Coordinators should be confident and professional administrators, who possess sound clinical reasoning skills (evidenced through their own experiences with a widely diversified client population). Clinical Coordinators will work comfortably under pressure (while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment) and will calmly react to potentially emergent situations. Clinical Coordinators must lead by example and should exhibit excellent organizational and communicative skills. Clinical Coordinators are active members of the agency\'s administrative team and will offer insight as to how systems, practices, and/or policies might be modified and/or improved. Essentially, Clinical Coordinators serve as the clinical coach for each of our day treatment teams. Their knowledge of therapeutic practices and clinic infrastructure most certainly sets them apart from many of their licensed constituents.
