South Dayton company is looking for an Intake Specialist to join their team immediately! The Intake Specialist will be responsible for helping patients transition to home care services. The Intake Specialist will receive referrals through EMR system, review information included in referral, enter referral details, reach out to correct person to obtain missing information, and confirm all information is documented to be able to provide services to the patient. The Intake Admission Specialist must be detail oriented, able to multitask and prioritize at a quick speed, and work in a team environment! Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in the healthcare field

• Experience working with an EMR system
