The Vocational Program Coordinator (VPC) will develop, implement and monitor the Vocational Programs of Y.E.S. The Arc for individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities. The programs will include Job Development and Placement, Work Adjustment Training, Supported Employment, Extended Supported Employment, Group Supported Employment and In-House Contract work with local businesses. Above all, the Vocational Program Coordinator must be dedicated in every aspect of their position to Y.E.S. The Arcs philosophy that all people are capable of growth and learning and that Y.E.S. The Arc exists to provide training and opportunities that will maximize growth towards the greatest independence possible for each member served.
