Must provide direct support to individuals with disabilities and role models such supports to direct support professionals. Will assist with living skills, communicating and interacting with individuals. Will provide transportation, maintain finances, implement the individual's support plan. Must implement current state licensing rules and regulations, agency's policies and procedures. Will ensure all required training is completed timely. Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field (including but not limited to: Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, and Psychology) or a Professional Category (Physical development and Health, Nutritional Status, Sensorimotor Development, Affective Development, Speech and Language Development, Auditory Functioning, Cognitive Development, Social Development, Adaptive Behaviors, and Independent Living Skills.) One year experience working with persons of intellectual or other developmental disabilities and one year experience working as a supervisor. MVR, DL w/"F" endorsement within 15 days of hire. Other duties as assigned.
