Description:

Our client is looking to add a Network Operations Technicians to their team. This person will provide management and support of the company’s Data, Voice, Security, and Wireless networks. Work as part of a network operations center to maximize stability, availability, and functionality of the production environment as well as provide inbound support for network related issues. Assist in supporting routine moves, adds, and changes within the company’s network.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Troubleshoot, isolate, and diagnose network problems, either alone or as part of the team

• Monitor and respond to all applicable alarms and act as a central communications center for all telecom issues

• Support inbound requests from the helpdesk and end users

• Manage carrier and supplier escalations ensuring prompt incident resolution

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal resources, assist in communications and/or status updates to branch sites with network issues
