Ethos Veterinary Health Facilities Coordinator, SAGE Campbell in Campbell, California

Facility Custodian

 

Are you are looking for a rewarding facilities position where your efforts make a difference? If so, then SAGE Campbell has a great opportunity for you! We are growing, expanding many of our service offerings, and looking for EXPERIENCED Custodians / Maintenance to support our team of exceptional veterinary professionals in our newly renovated Campbell hospital.

 

About the job:

Duties include:

  • Keep assigned areas clean, neat, and orderly.

  • Perform minor building and equipment repair work.

  • Complete other assigned tasks.

  • Sweep, mop, oil, and wax floors.

  • Vacuum rugs and carpets.

  • Clean, dust, and polish furniture.

  • Empty waste receptacles.

  • Clean hallways, restrooms, and light fixtures.

  • Assist in moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies.

    Compensation range: $23 - $27 hourly

     

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, cleaning materials, janitorial tools, and equipment.

  • Knowledge of routine building and grounds maintenance.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Online ordering platforms (Such as Staples, Amazon, etc)

  • Ability to operate, care and maintain tools and equipment used in janitorial work.

  • Ability to complete minor facility repairs.

  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.

  • Ability to use and operate a computer

    Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time- 40 hours per week

  • 5/8 Schedule

  • Morning Shift

  • Availability- Sunday through Saturday
