We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for DXC BPS Solution Architecture. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of insurance, Business Process Services (BPS), and DXC Intellectual Property for Insurance (IP). This critical role involves developing new deals and managing insurance BPS accounts, emphasizing organization, negotiation, and end-to-end deal management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business, application, and architectural solutions that meet project requirements and align with organizational standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of architecture projects in line with architectural guidelines.

  • Create demos and presentations for business meetings with customers.

  • Develop and manage new deals and insurance BPS accounts.

  • Organize and manage C-Level negotiations effectively.

  • Oversee the end-to-end process, including proposals, deals, lead generation, and coordination across various business areas.

  • Ensure solution proposals are delivered from start to finish, including contract management.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business, technical, and financial models and cost structures specific to Life and Wealth insurance companies.

  • Exhibit strong influence, negotiation, coordination skills, and deal implementation expertise.

  • Responsible for the design, development, and integration of IT or IT-enabled services and solutions for external clients, addressing their business needs, including technology, service delivery, and commercial aspects.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and/or external clients, translating business/technical problems into requirements and solutions.

  • Act as a technical expert on solutions design, development, and implementation requirements.

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of DXC and partner capabilities.

  • Responsible for sizing and costing of architected solutions, documenting, and governing their deliverability.

  • Align commercial aspects of client engagement (SOWs, project plans) with technical delivery solutions.

  • Present solutions to clients and establish client confidence as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of Life and Wealth insurance, BPS, and DXC IP. Particular knowledge of US markets is a plus.

  • Proven track record in developing and managing insurance BPS accounts.

  • Strong organizational skills and effective management of C-Level negotiations.

  • Expertise in financial models and cost structures specific to insurance companies.

  • Exceptional influence, negotiation ability, coordination skills, and deal implementation expertise.

  • Familiarity with contracts is essential.

  • Life and Annuity expertise, with a deep understanding of industry standards, product development, illustrations, new business, and policy administration.

  • Understanding and past execution of large Transformation (multi-year) programs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.

  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

  • Effective communication and team leadership skills.

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated success in implementing Insurance BPS solutions in an enterprise environment.

  • Continuous learner who stays abreast of industry and technology trends.

Working Environment:

  • Remote, within the United States.

  • Travel up to 25%, potentially increasing based on business needs.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $233,200.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
