Academic and Co-Curricular ExperienceOversee students degree and curriculum requirements; ensuring students are meeting degree requirements; registration add/drop changes in schedule.Collaborate with MS Program Director, Assistant Director of Student Experience, and Career Management Team to create co-curricular programming to complement academic experiences. This includes events tailored to program-specific academic interests, social events, and/or career industry events, as well as events intended to improve alumni engagement.Work with MSPO Program Operations team to coordinate final exam scheduling, elective offerings, and course instructor survey.Work with faculty in the program to ensure excellent student experience.Develop, and regularly maintain, MS Program student handbook in collaboration with the MS Program's Graduate Studies Committee.Collaborate with Event Program Coordinator and Assistant Director and Director of Student Experience to help plan and execute larger events such as Orientation and Graduation.Serve as primary contact for an assigned MS programProvide advising to students (including but not limited to degree progress, university resources, academic status).Communicate with students about policies, events, engagement opportunities and deadlines.Onboard new students at the beginning of each academic cycle.Help identify at-risk students and provide them direction to the proper resources. Track, analyze, and report student data - provide data to external offices such as Dean's office, Graduate School, University Assessment, and external program.Build Cross-Functional Relationships Collaborate with Texas Global, Counseling and Mental Health Center as well as other campus offices to ensure student success.Actively contribute to the entire MS Programs Office, including collaborating with other areas and thinking about overall student affairs process and policies
