Support first-time in college students from orientation through graduation and aid them in reducing persistence challenges. Interpret and analyze student's individual experience to formulate plan of action to accomplish goals. Manage a large caseload of students through regular contact in person, via email, text, and other forms of communication. Provide individualized and organizational programming to promote retention and timely graduation; utilize holistic advising practices and key on- and off-campus resources to address both academic and non-academic concerns. Communicate with on-campus student success programs and all undergraduate colleges and schools (CSUs) about UT for Me generally, as well as regarding individual student situations. Utilize various case management tools and data sources to manage large caseload, including GradSnapp, Advisors Toolkit, and multiple dashboards and databases.
