As a member of the Energy Institute team, the candidate will report to the Director and work closely and collaboratively with Energy Institute staff to communicate, organize, coordinate and help run events organized by the Energy Institute.A critical part of this role will be to build and maintain relationships with external partners, including companies, philanthropic organizations, investors, UT alumni, workforce and community-based organizations as related to event coordination, communications and execution.Develop communications, marketing and outreach materials to promote Energy Institute initiatives, events and fundraising. This includes effective social media postings, developing effective website content and generating website communications.Contribute to the overall success of the Energy Institute by performing other related duties as assigned. May represent the unit through participation in special projects or other coordinated efforts.
