Produce annual giving opportunities targeted to alumni, parents, and friends of UT Computer Science, with a focus on increasing donor acquisition and retention rates.Craft compelling and donor-centric copy for fundraising collateral, appeals, proposals, newsletters, websites, and social media; work with marketing team to create visual assets as needed to enhance these forms of communication.Plan and execute alumni engagement and donor cultivation events in Austin and major alumni markets outside of Texas.Research, write, and design customized donor impact reports. Support academics and administration teams in completing the annual Thank You Letters Project.Draft gift acknowledgment letters, thank you notes, and other written correspondence on behalf of departmental leadership.Update and maintain donor recognition signage throughout the Gates-Dell Complex; utilize technology to develop and implement new forms of donor recognition.Other related duties as assigned
