Provide Assistant Director with project management support for implementing programs and projects e.g. schedule and coordinate project meetings, create agendas, attend meetings, take notes, and compile and share meeting recaps/minutes. Also conducts research work and compiles information as necessary.Support Assistant Director with employee engagement initiatives e.g. meets with staff to understand issues, collect feedback/solutions, perform project research and present findings and propose solutions.Support Communications Specialist with communication activities e.g. organize content using EMMA, monitor content to keep public and intranet sites up to date, track and manage communication metrics, etc.Support Manager of Support Services with complex business operations in the following areas: inventory management including annual inventory reconciliation, technology/equipment support, project and work management using Smartsheet, writing and documenting SOPs for several business functions, and developing surveys to assess program effectiveness.Compile, publish, and/or distribute internal monthly and ad hoc financial reports to UEM divisions. Schedule financial review meetings for Support Services leadership with division leadership. Support UEM project managers with creating new projects in UT project management systems and routing project financial documents to Business and Financial Services.Support the development of education plans to meet the professional development and technical skill development of employees. Identify resources for professional development, technical/leadership training and higher education for employee recruitment and retention.Attend meetings and perform other miscellaneous administrative and purchasing tasks as assigned.
