The Nursing Operations Coordinator is pivotal in enhancing nursing operations within a home infusion pharmacy setting. This role focuses on managing and optimizing all aspects of nursing-related activities, including scheduling, authorization, billing, lab coordination, and effective communication across departments. The coordinator ensures that nursing services are efficiently secured and delivered, improving patient care quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

• 1 year License Vocational Nurse experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in insurance or case management.

• 1 year Experience with Electronic Health Records.

About the Team

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.

HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life.
