Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Customer & Product Support projects or programs. You will serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and business team. You will review status of projects, measure performance and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, site leaders, business team and customers. You will work with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and support, to identify customer needs, define project goals and scope, to deliver on time.

Must Have

· At least 2 years of experience in project management and customer experience

· Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

· Excel intermediate level
